Freeze or Float Option

All allotted candidates must choose the Freeze or Float option through their login ID and complete the payment process. This choice will be considered only if an upgradation round is needed. Candidates must still report at the OJEE Office with the required documents and bond (if applicable) to get provisional admission.

What Happens After Reporting

  • If seats remain vacant after the reporting schedule, OJEE will run an upgradation round. It will include all reported candidates, plus candidates who filled choices in the stray vacancy round but were not allotted a seat.
  • Candidates who are upgraded to another course or college must download a fresh admission letter from their login and report to the final allotted college on the scheduled date and time.
  • If seats still remain vacant after upgradation, OJEE may hold one physical spot round at the OJEE Cell, Gandamunda. A detailed schedule will be notified if required.

Important Rules

  • Candidates who are allotted a seat but do not report for provisional admission will be treated as non-reported and not interested in admission. Their allotment will be cancelled, and they will be out of the counselling process with no further consideration.
  • No withdrawal or resignation is allowed after provisional admission in the stray vacancy round.
  • Either the candidate alone, or the candidate with only one guardian, should come with the demand draft and all other documents.
  • On payment of the prescribed admission fee and submission of the original Nativity Certificate and CLC, the candidate will receive a provisional admission letter from the OJEE Office, along with an acknowledgement of the documents submitted.
  • Any refund (which applies only to students shifting from private to government colleges across rounds) will be processed by OJEE after the final admission dates.

How to Pay the Admission Fee

The fee can be paid online through the candidate’s login ID or by demand draft. The draft must be in favour of “OJEE”, drawn on any nationalised bank and payable at Bhubaneswar. The candidate’s name and NEET application number must be written on the back of the draft, which is to be submitted at the OJEE Office at the time of reporting.
