New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has just released the official toppers list for Re-NEET (UG) 2026, naming the top All India Rank holders along with state, category and gender-wise topper lists.
Punjab’s Aryan Gupta and Haryana’s Panshul Bansal share the top spot, jointly securing AIR 1 and AIR 2 with 715 marks out of 720 each, at a percentile of 99.9999. Rajasthan’s Uplakshya Goyal took AIR 3 with 99.99985 percentile, followed by Bihar’s Ayush Bhalotia at AIR 4. Maharashtra’s Kudale Shravani Krishna and Bihar’s Riya Ranjan, both from the OBC-NCL category, rounded out the top six at AIR 5 and AIR 6.
Uttar Pradesh’s Aryan Dubey took AIR 7, while Punjab’s Geetansh Sarin secured AIR 8. Rajasthan’s Gaurav Singh (OBC-NCL) and Maharashtra’s Mohanish Maruti Bhosale completed the top 10, at AIR 9 and AIR 10 respectively.
Full List of Top 138 Rankers Released
Beyond the top 10, NTA has published the complete list of 138 candidates who scored 690 marks or above. Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Haryana, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Gujarat, Karnataka, Delhi, Odisha and West Bengal all feature multiple names on this list, reflecting a wide geographical spread among the highest scorers this year.
Category-Wise Toppers
NTA has also named category-wise toppers. Sanidhya Kshitij Dongre of Maharashtra topped the SC category at AIR 28, while Vivek Meena of Rajasthan led the ST category at AIR 260. Gujarat’s Taha Samun Bhatia topped the EWS category at AIR 25. Among candidates with disabilities, Uttar Pradesh’s Vaibhavi Shukla topped the PwBD female list, and Uttar Pradesh’s Vivek Chaurasiya led the PwBD male list.
Female and Male Toppers
Among the top 20 female candidates nationally, Kudale Shravani Krishna and Riya Ranjan led the list at AIR 5 and AIR 6, followed by Haryana’s Mansha Garg at AIR 17. On the male toppers’ list, Aryan Gupta and Panshul Bansal held the top two positions, with Rajasthan’s Uplakshya Goyal at AIR 3.
State Toppers From Across the Country
NTA’s state topper list covers all states and union territories, including candidates who appeared from outside India. Notable state toppers include Ladakh’s Jigmet Yangchan Lamo, Lakshadweep’s Fahmida Anees and Andaman and Nicobar Islands’ Dhruv Tripathi each leading their respective union territories despite considerably lower percentiles than the national toppers, reflecting the smaller candidate pools in these regions. Sankalp Sandeep Naik topped the list among candidates who appeared from outside India.
Score Spread Among Candidates
NTA’s data shows a steep decline in candidate numbers as marks rise. While 289,565 candidates scored between 151 and 200 marks, only 19 candidates crossed 700 marks. The number of candidates scoring above 650 marks stood at 1,390 in total, underlining how narrow the margin is at the very top of the merit list.
The agency has also released a rank-to-marks reference showing, for instance, that a score of around 535 marks corresponds to an All India Rank near 50,000, while a score of around 212 marks corresponds to a rank near 10 lakh — giving aspirants a broad sense of where their score places them ahead of counselling.
