Eligible candidates can log in to the MCC portal to register, pay the counselling fee, and fill their college and course choices for MBBS, BDS, and B.Sc Nursing seats under the 15% All India Quota and 100% seats in Deemed/Central Universities, AFMC, AIIMS, and JIPMER.

Who Can Apply in Round 2
- Candidates who registered in Round 1 but did not receive a seat allotment
- Candidates who received a Round 1 allotment but did not report to the allotted college
- Fresh candidates who did not participate in Round 1
Steps to Register and Fill Choices
- Visit the official MCC counselling portal.
- Log in with your NEET UG 2026 roll number and password (fresh candidates must complete new registration).
- Complete the registration form and pay the applicable fee before September 8.
- Proceed to choice filling and add preferred colleges and courses in order of priority.
- Review your choices carefully and lock them between 4 PM on September 8 and 10 AM on September 9.
Candidates are advised not to wait until the last day to lock their choices, as technical delays close to the deadline can result in an incomplete submission. The Round 2 seat allotment result will be announced on September 11, followed by reporting from September 12 to 18.
