The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has invited fresh online applications for admission to Medical and Medical Allied courses under KEAM 2026, including newly introduced programmes such as BSc (Hons.) Horticulture and Integrated Biology/Microbiology under Kerala Agricultural University (KAU).
The notification, issued by the CEE, allows two categories of candidates to take action. Those who have not yet applied under KEAM 2026 can now submit a fresh application for Medical and Medical Allied courses. Candidates who have already applied under KEAM 2026 for Engineering, Architecture, or Pharmacy courses cannot file a new application; instead, they can add Medical and Medical Allied courses, along with NRI, Minority, or Category claims, to their existing application.
Only candidates who have qualified NEET-UG 2026, conducted by the National Testing Agency, will be considered for admission to Medical and Medical Allied courses.

Fresh applicants must register through the ‘KEAM 2026-Online Application’ link on the website and complete the process outlined in the KEAM 2026 Prospectus, after which they need to download and retain the Application Acknowledgement Page. Existing applicants can log in through the ‘KEAM 2026-Candidate Portal’ using their Application Number and Password to add courses or upload reservation documents.
The CEE has clarified that candidates seeking reservation benefits under community, NRI, EWS, or Minority quotas must submit the required supporting documents along with their application, as no opportunity will be given later. Application fees must be paid online.
The office has also cautioned candidates who have already applied for Engineering, Architecture, or Pharmacy courses against submitting a fresh application, noting that multiple applications could lead to cancellation of candidature under the KEAM 2026 prospectus norms.
