DigiBoxx Review: Is It Really an Affordable and Reliable Cloud Storage?

A brief review based on personal experience with DigiBoxx, highlighting issues like slow performance, poor app responsiveness, payment problems, lack of support, and overall reliability concerns as a cloud storage service.

For the past few months, I have been using DigiBoxx. Initially, I felt that it was an Indian cloud storage service offering storage at very affordable prices. However, over time my experience became so poor that I now want to warn others before they decide to use it. In this blog post, I am sharing my real experience.

1. Extremely Slow Website It takes a significant amount of time just to open the DigiBoxx website and log in. The dashboard and other pages are also slow, making even basic tasks difficult.

2. Mobile App Has Almost Zero Responsiveness In today’s time, mobile apps are used the most, but the DigiBoxx app frequently hangs. Sometimes it doesn’t open at all, and other times it crashes during uploads or downloads.

3. Excessive Time to Access Data Even opening a small JPG image (1–2 MB) can take anywhere from 35 seconds to 2 minutes. This is completely opposite to what a cloud service should offer, where data access is expected to be instant.

4. Poor Upload Performance Even uploading small files takes several minutes. In many cases, the upload fails before completion. If a cloud service cannot be relied upon for uploads, it defeats the purpose of using it.

5. Very Bad Download Experience The experience of downloading data from both desktop and mobile apps is disappointing. Many times, downloads do not start at all or get interrupted midway.

6. No API Support for Developers DigiBoxx does not provide API support. This means you cannot integrate it with third-party platforms or custom applications.

7. Issues with the Payment System The most serious issue I faced was multiple deductions within the same month—sometimes charged twice or even three times.

8. Very Basic User Interface (UI) The UI looks outdated and unattractive. Even basic navigation is not very smooth.

9. Lack of Customer Support One of the biggest drawbacks is the absence of active customer support. If your payment gets deducted incorrectly or you face upload/download issues, there is no effective email or chat support to help you. There is no easy way to register complaints.

10. Auto-Debit Permission Concerns Along with payment issues, DigiBoxx appears to take auto-debit permissions for larger amounts as well. This means higher sums could be deducted from your account without clear transparency or explicit user awareness, which further reduces trust.

    Conclusion

Overall, my experience with DigiBoxx has been extremely poor and disappointing.

    • Slow website and app
    • Delays in data access and uploads/downloads
    • Payment issues and lack of support
    • No proper customer assistance
    • Questionable auto-debit practices

If you are looking for a secure, reliable, and fast cloud storage service, my advice would be to avoid DigiBoxx and consider better alternatives.
