The remaining 85% State Quota seats fall outside MCC’s jurisdiction and will be handled independently by each State Counselling Authority.

- Locate and click on the “UG Medical Counselling 2026” tab
- Fill in the registration form and complete the fee payment
- Move on to choice filling once that window opens
Things Candidates Should Keep in Mind
- Keep the NEET UG 2026 scorecard, category certificate, and a valid photo ID handy before starting registration.
- Locked choices cannot be edited within the same round, so candidates should double-check selections before final submission.
- MCC has released a detailed Information Bulletin covering this year’s counselling rules – including seat upgradation, freezing, and withdrawal norms – which candidates are encouraged to go through carefully.
Candidates should keep checking the official MCC website regularly, as further rounds and any schedule revisions will be updated there directly.
